changing blogs
FYI, I'll be switching over to a new blog shortly. I will keep this one open since I have a lot of posts on here that I want to save, but I am having to screen all comments, most of which are spam! I can't seem to keep the spam blocked, so I'm starting from scratch elsewhere. Also, on other blogs I am able to upload more images without having to pay extra or upgrade.

Read with interest your food pairing.FYI Pinot Grigio in Italy is NOT known as Tocai- this is a completely different Italian grape variety, and incidentally now known as Friulano !!!!

Actually, I do remember writing that, but I think I had found it in a source referring to something like Hungarian wines, not Italian, as I had incorrectly written. Yes, I know Tocai Friulano.
